RETURNS & REFUNDS

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE
Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds: Full-price items are eligible for a full refund.
Sale Items: Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Where to Return: Returns and exchanges must be made at the location of original purchase.
Final Sale: After 7 days, all in-store purchases are considered final.
ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 21 days of the original purchase date. This allows time for shipping.
Refunds: Full-price items are eligible for a full refund.
Sale Items: Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Items reduced by 50% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any shipping fees for exchange items.
Final Sale: After 21 days, all online purchases are considered final.
REFUND TIMING
Once the return is received and accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt. We will email you if the return is not accepted. Customers will be responsible for the ship cost if not accepted.
